Additional chairs and umbrellas are available for rent if needed.

Inside, the condo features a clean, coastal modern feel with tile flooring throughout and a bright, welcoming layout that makes it easy to relax the moment you arrive. There are direct unobstructed views of gulf from both the living room and balcony.  The balcony includes 4 bar height chairs and a rail hugger table for enjoyment of outdoor coffee, meals, or evening drinks while watching all beach and ocean activities.  Whether you're returning from a day on the beach or enjoying a quiet morning indoors, the space is designed to keep your stay comfortable and stress-free.

The fully equipped kitchen includes both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, new appliances to include stove with convection cooking and built in air fry feature, along with all the other basic essentials you need to prepare meals, snacks, or your favorite morning coffee before heading out to the shoreline.

The living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a leather sofa that converts to a queen size sofa sleeper, 3 reclining chairs, ceiling fan, and a large **65-inch TV with DVD player**—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a **55 inch TV with DVD player**, along with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day.

The guest bedroom is a standout feature, offering another **king-size bed—an uncommon and highly desirable setup**—plus a ceiling fan and a **42-inch TV with DVD player**. The guest bathroom which includes a direct entrance from bedroom includes a full bathtub, with a grab bar for safety, providing additional comfort and convenience for families or groups.
