There’s plenty to do without ever leaving the property; take a dip in the outdoor pool or hot tub, get in a quick workout in the fitness center, or grab souvenirs for everyone back home at The Sea Store in the lobby. Grills and a picnic area are available for a day of barbecuing. Seasonal amenities include beach chair and umbrella rentals (for an additional fee). The Scenic Stays team is always available at the front desk for anything you may need. SunDestin 318 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo with nautical touches throughout. When you walk into the condo, you’ll find a fully equipped and upgraded kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the kitchen you’ll also find a washer and dryer- this is an amenity that only a few SunDestin units feature. Enjoy the flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the living room at the end of a day exploring the Destin area. Make sure to grab a DVD rental in the lobby, they’re included in your stay. On the balcony, you’ll see a peek of the Gulf. The master bedroom can be accessed from the balcony and continues with the nautical theme of the rest of the condo. The ensuite bath offers even more upgrades. The guest room has a queen and a twin bed and a private bath. With a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area, this two-bedroom condo sleeps seven guests comfortably. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs. Location is one of the best parts of SunDestin Beach Resort- it’s right in the middle of everything Destin has to offer. Check out Big Kahuna's Water Park or The Track Destin, they’re both less than a mile from the property. Harborwalk Village is just four miles west, here you’ll find plenty of shopping and dining. We loved our stay especially the private beach access and the splashpad and pools. No complaints about our room whatsoever. The only issue we had was with the elevators. The wait time to get an elevator down was always longer than expected. It was very convenient that it was on the beach that’s about it. We got in our room and there was gum on the curtains, nats everywhere, stains on the couches. It just wasn’t cleaned at all. The air conditioner was so loud every time it turned on it woke you up, in the middle of the night, and the thermostat would only go to 68, it was so hot in the condo. The beds were terrible. The condo is amazing has all the amenities one could need and more the only thing the sofa bed was horrible my whole body ached the next day after sleeping on it other than that no complaints about the condo. It’s very spacious looked just like it was pictured. Another complaint I had was the overflow parking is across the street from the condo behind a chic fil a no lights not even safe back there and it is not an actual parking lot. Having to cross the street from there is even more dangerous and walking back from there at night as a female was the most unsafe ever. Only issue we old people had absolutely no experience with a convection stove top and oven. Neither did the front desk or Maintenace. Thanks to our adult kids forteaching us about U Tube after the third one my wife figured it out enough to cook our first meal. After a good laugh we settle in on the couch for TV time. Then came a great night's sleep on an outstanding bed. We spent long days on the beautiful sugar sand for which Destin is famous. Truth in advertising we drove about a mile down the road to a State Park where the beach was less crowded. Condo was great looks like the pics had all the amenities you could need.. This was the first condo I have stayed in that had more then enough towels for our group. The downside was the pullout sofa was awful so uncomfortable I woke up and my whole body was hurting. The overflow parking is all the way across the street from the condo it’s not even a true lot and at night it’s no lights and it’s not safe if you are female and have to walk from back there. Other than these things we all really enjoyed our trip and will stay again just next time only take one vehicle.. ##### dana h.
