    The Space:

    This fantastic, multi-level home features a location just up from the beach, with two complete living spaces on two separate levels, perfect for large family gatherings. The main-level living area is open and spacious, with lots of comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and bright, beachy décor. Kick your feet up in the living room to watch a lazy ballgame on the large flatscreen TV with a cold drink and some good friends. The living room also includes a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan, so you can relax in comfort no matter what time of year. The full kitchen has a wine cooler, a center prep island with four bar stools, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table has seating for up to eight guests.



    Off the dining room, you'll find access to the home's expansive, furnished deck. The main level also features two of the home's five bedrooms and two shared baths. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with private balcony access and en-suite baths, plus the home's private washer/dryer. The downstairs level includes a full kitchen boasting attractive countertops, a french-door refrigerator, and breakfast bar seating for six. There is also a trundle sofa, and down the hall, you'll find a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Have some work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

Pros: plenty of space and excellent location. The “kids” were able to walk to the beach once we got the right code. Definitely loved that one of the bedrooms was actually a completely separate apartment on the ground floor, which allowed the wife and I to escape for some solitude. We had 8 adults and 3 children, and it was nice that everyone had their own space. Cons: the space and location don’t make up for the overall rundown feel of the house itself. It was obvious that some attempts were made to fix the place up, but it was very superficial. The management company was difficult to get ahold of, sometimes going several hours for a response. This was an inconvenience since we were initially given the wrong code to the beach gate. Overall, at nearly 1,000/night after taxes and fees, I was expecting a nicer place. The price would need to be heavily discounted for me to consider it again.
