Summer vacay

Condo was clean, spacious, view was perfect, pools were clean, no noise …beach area was well kept. Love the fact no tents. Condo is extremely close to everything and in walking distance to many restaurants.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful view of the Gulf. Condo was comfortable, but the couches were dirty and very used. We put blankets down to sit on. Kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms were nice.

The view can’t be beat!

We stayed here three years ago and couldn’t wait to come back and enjoy the view. It’s the perfect location in Destin with being close to the best restaurants and shopping. The heated pool and hot tubs are amazing and loved being on the beach. There were a few things about the place that could make it so much better and up-to-date because it is definitely showing it’s wear from the last time we were there. The bed in the master is so creaky and loud with any movement. The chairs in the living room have no cushion any more and are so worn down. Some of the chairs on the patio were really wobbly and the slats were loose. Would be nice if they upgraded at least the living room tv to a smart tv. No one really travels with dvd’s anymore and the tv’s are very outdated. There was also used soap left in the shower and some empty food wrappers under the master bed which was kind of off putting.

Would stay here again

Great view from the 15th floor balcony! We saw 2 different manatees, two small sharks, and more stingrays and dolphins than we could ever count! Check-in was easy and the property was clean. Easy access to the pool and beach. Setting up our beach service for the week was very easy as they send you a link to complete online before your arrival. This unit comes with an assigned parking spot in the underground garage so your vehicle is not baking in the sun all day. My only criticisms for this unit are that the living room furniture is pretty worn out and should be replaced, but we hardly spent anytime sitting in the living room so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Also, when you leave the bedroom areas (laminate flooring) to go into the living room area that is tiled there is no transition strip and the tile sits significantly higher than the laminate floor. My 9 year old daughter stubbed her big toe very badly the first day walking into the living room area causing a nasty gash on her toe. If you have toddlers it could be a very big issue. They really need to place a transition strip between the two types of flooring. With that being said we will still consider staying here again in the future.
