The condo was clean. Check in was easy. It was more of a partial bay view of the boat slips which was fine. Didn't spend much time at the pool, with the white sand beaches of the Gulf just across the street.

There was a dirty casserole dish in the oven when we got there. No big deal…we just soaked it and put in the dishwasher. Might want to tell your cleaning crew to check the oven. Everything else was great.

Check in was a nightmare. You can read in previous reviews this has been an ongoing issue. Communicating with the management company is very frustrating and they are not always honest (i.e. early/late checkouts). If something needs to be fixed (keyless entry) you must communicate with them via text or phone and they will then have to call someone else to help (like a middle man). So if you are looking for a more personal host that can take care of issues immediately, this not the place. The unit itself was clean and provided all the items you need in the kitchen (except oven mits) and extra bed linens. There are only enough towels and washcloths for 6 people. The locations of the unit is great, you have a view of the boat slip and water so that was nice to watch the sunset. The walk to the beach is easy and the beach area is not super crowded. There is a restaurant that is delicious and fast! We enjoyed our stay very much, just disappointed in the communication and those who you speak with, especially via text.
