Penthouse Condo in building on the Beach -12th Floor (TOP) Corner unit , 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-10) located at the top of building 2 at Shoreline Towers Condominiums. Free Wi-Fi !!!

Sitting Directly on the World-Famous White Sandy Beach of DESTIN and just FEET from the WATER is this LUXURIOUS Spacious 1800 Square-Foot, Non-Smoking condo. Located on the 12 th (Top) floor, you have good VIEWS of the WATER, BEACH and DESTIN......You Are Staying in only 1 of 5 Penthouse units that are on the Top (12th) Floor- A Luxurious Penthouse with 9.5 foot Tall ceilings. The lower units have 8 foot ceilings.

Free Beach service included (35.00 per day - paid by owner!) Your Penthouse includes one umbrella and two chairs all set up for you on the Beach. Sunset Beach Service has additional umbrella and chairs that can be rented directly on the beach for $35 per day.

FURNISHINGS:

From the minute you step into our condo you will be amazed at the Decor of the condo which is tastefully decorated with High End furnishings- 2 new White leather couches. 4 TVs with Cox Cable- Living room (50”4K) and all three bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and Blue Ray DVD players! The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need... lots of pots and pans, toaster, Coffee maker-Keurig. Tile floors everywhere! A nice 8 x 8 corner balcony with a view of the Beach and the City of Destin. Also, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

RESORT FEATURES:

Shoreline Towers has Its Own Private Beach Entrance and Beach Area. Your rental day rate includes 2 Canvas Beach Chairs and 1 Umbrella FREE! Personal umbrellas and tents are not allowed on the beach, if you require additional umbrella and chairs they are available for rent. If the Weather is a bit chilly you can still take a swim in the Heated Pool. There is also a Sauna, Exercise Room, Two Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard and a huge Clubhouse with Barbecue pits and picnic tables by the lake. Just a short hop over to the Best Water Park on the Gulf Coast (Big Kahuna) and for shopping you are within blocks of the Winn Dixie Grocery Store and all kinds of shopping.

Nice penthouse even better location!

Great location! It's located in the center of Destin! One end you had the boardwalk and the other was Waterparks and Go-Karts! My kids and I had a great time. Beach was nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for the beach where we spent a lot of our time. Only suggestion I might have is a type of welcome sheet with information you might need and possibly some restaurant or activity suggestions. Host was quick to respond when we had a question though and checkout was very simple.

Fantastic location and beautiful condo!

This condo is right on a beautiful part of the beach. The host is very fast to respond, and the unit was very clean and exactly as described. The mattresses are soft and there were plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for our group of 6. We wished we could bring our own tent to the beach but understand there is a business providing tents and two chairs.

Beautiful property

Everything was exceptional, clean, along with plenty kitchen utensils, coffee makers, bathroom towels. Ease of property, in great location, and walkable to grocery store or target souvenir shops. Pool was warm and sauna was nice, also great workout room. Anybody could enjoy themselves here, peaceful even though still a bit of final construction with the other tower.

Girls Trip

Overall our stay was amazing and the condo had everything we needed! We were steps away from the beach and a quick drive from restaurants and night life! The only downfall was that there was sand in the beds when we arrived. Good thing the condo had a washer and dryer because it was easy to get them cleaned quickly and enjoy our time.

We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse condo. Everything we needed in the condo was there. I would highly recommend this facility. The condo, location next to the ocean, and location to dining was perfect. The owner was very helpful with the few questions that we had. I am sure you will enjoy this property.

Paradise Destin

Beautiful Panthouse a walk away from the beach and well decorated, clean and with everything you need to stay comfortably. Outside renovation construction was a surprise to me but that did not keep us from having a great time. The grill outside is out of order and we cud not find the jacuzzi, but overall it was one of the best places i have stayed so far.

Spring break 2024

The property is beach front with amenities as listed. Host was very responsive before & during stay. My wife & I took five college aged adults with us for Spring Break—zero complaints. In unit washer/dryer is a bonus! Property fitness center is inadequate for a serious workout, but we would not hesitate to stay again.

The unit has been updated and was very clean. It is in a great location. Includes private beach access. The layout is excellent with the master having a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in ea. room. The manager was very responsive to questions we had before we checked in, during and after. Check in and check out was very simple. Great experience!!! They are finishing up a little bit of construction on the exterior of the building which is supposed to be completed shortly.
