Professionally renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Largest gulf front balcony in Pelican Beach resort overlooking the pool, dunes, the beach, and the gulf. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

This unit has the best location in popular Pelican Beach Resort. 4th floor is high enough to have a fantastic view of the pool, beach, and the gulf, and low enough to view your teens enjoying themselves in the pool from your oversized private balcony. This unit is the next unit from the corner, giving an unobstructed view of the beach, the gulf and the pool.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, portable beach chairs and umbrella that are included inside the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

4th floor, extra large private balcony and being on the stack which is very close to the beach provides the optimum beach vacation experience: spectacular views from high enough, yet it doesn't cause height anxiety and if needed just climb 3 flats of stairs and no need to wait for elevators.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

The 2-bedroom condo at Pelican beach is perfect for a weekend getaway or a long vacation - full kitchen and dining area means don't have to break the budget on dining out. Quick beach weekend

Visited for a short girls weekend. Place is in a great location, has an awesome view of the beach. Check in and checkout process was very easy. Owner was quick to respond and handle a couple small issues that popped up. We would definitely stay here again and just wish we could’ve stayed longer this time!

My sisters and I stayed at Pelican Beach Resort and we had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great! We just walked out onto the beach where we reserved chairs and umbrella. Check in was easy. The owner was very attentive and texted to make sure all was good.

Best Vacation Condo hands down!

Property's location was perfect, it had a great view of the beautiful beach and pool, it was really nice to have your own private beach, with showers just steps away from pools and jacuzzi. The property was very clean, modern, nicely decorated and everything worked as it should. Covered parking was nice to keep the truck cool during the day, staff and other guests were very nice, It was very convenient having a washer, dryer, full kitchen and FYI Instacart and door dash deliver right to the door. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Great Family Place

From check-in to check-out, our family had a great time at this unit. We loved hopping from the beach to any one of the three pools to the cafe. The property has all you need so you don’t want to- or don’t have to- leave. We hardly left the resort and definitely didn’t want to when our time was up. The room was lovely- just the perfect size for us with our 6 and 7 year olds, and the crystal blue ocean and white sand beach is just as pictured. We definitely will be back!

Great Anniversary Vacation

The condo was amazing with a beautiful view of one of the pools and view of the gulf. The description and pictures of the condo was exactly what we found when we arrived. The property was clean, the employees friendly and helpful, the cafe food was very very good. Enjoyed the tiki bar with music before going to the beach. The sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. We were sad to leave but made some Greg at memories. We will be back to this property next year.

Gorgeous & Relaxing Getaway!

We had the most wonderful week at Pelican Beach! This condo was perfect! It's very clean and updated! Having our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the Gulf was one of our favorites! The view is magnificent! We even saw dolphins swimming/playing from the balcony! And only a few short steps to walk on the beach! We went in late February, so a few things were not open yet (Tiki Bar, Beach Chair Service, etc.), but the weather was gorgeous! The host (who was very attentive to any needs) has chairs for guests to use on the beach anyway. If we return to Destin in the future, we will want to stay at this resort!

Perfect Vacation with the Family

This newly renovated condo sits right on the beach, with breathtaking views both morning and night. The home was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful to work with; they kept in touch to ensure we were comfortable and were very responsive to any text I sent…like “what would you recommend for dinner:)” The condo came equipped with beach gear, games, books, and plenty of things to enjoy while there. The location is minutes from everything if you decide to leave. The beach is awesome but there are also 2 great pools, a tiki bar with food and drinks, a nice gym with sauna, and tennis/pickleball courts. Excellent choice for an active family who wants plenty to do on vacation.

Great location, easy access to the beach and amazing pools, very clean, and comfortable beds! We could not have been happier with the rental and the host. Great communication and easy check in. The condo was also very quiet which we really appreciated. One of our children has severe food allergies and also indoor and outdoor allergies so we cook every meal and cleanliness is very important. Every appliance was top notch and very clean. We really loved the leather couches for the cleanliness factor as well. The balcony is nice and bigger than others at the resort.

Nice but needs repairs

Master bath needs repairs. One of the Shower doors wouldn’t slide open and the towel rod was breaking off the wall, and master bedrooms mirror closet doors track was very rusty. Floors were sandy when we arrived at checkin. But rest of condo was good and clean.

Amazing Family Stay at Pelican Beach Resort!

Our family had a fantastic time at the Pelican Beach 4th Floor Gulf Front Condo, and it was exactly as described in the listing. I’m often hesitant about reviews because different families can have varying opinions on what makes a stay great, but this unit truly delivered! It was clean, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. The large TV in the family room was perfect for movie nights and playing cards. The host was attentive, checking in regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was also excellent, with friendly staff, well-maintained pools, and delicious, reasonably priced food at the tiki bar. A few minor observations (not complaints): the washer/dryer unit was a bit noisy, but nothing too disruptive. Also, the master bed was firmer than what we're used to, but still comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book with the Bilhan family again. Highly recommend!
