If you are looking for a spacious 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo that has an inviting, homey feel, then take a step with me into Oceania 207. Upon entering you will notice the large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. There is no spotty carpet here as this home away from home is strictly tile and rugs. There are four TV’s, 1 DVD player for your entertainment needs. The master bedroom has a large King bed, and the guest bedrooms both have a Queen. The walls are painted a cool light beige with comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. The master bath has a double vanity for your convenience and a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation needs. You and your friends and family will not be disappointed with this slice of heaven, Oceania room 207. Condo comes with FREE Beach Service during season - two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Annual Destin Trip

Fourth time staying at Oceania and this unit did not disappoint! By far our favorite. Perfect location, perfect walking distance to local restaurants/beach bars… daily beach service, umbrellas set up early in the morning with our room number on the chairs to avoid confusion. Private beach, no traffic, very little people and open and private enough to let our toddlers run around. The pool was heated and perfect to wind down after a long day at the beach. Clean unit, spacious for our family of six - very comfortable beds and sofas. Nothing beats convenience and luxury!
