Location, location, easy access to desirable attractions! Direct access on the beach without having to cross the street.

24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 11th floor (Unit 1109) with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters and breathtaking sunsets from your own balcony. There is an actual video of the unit when you scroll through the pictures.

This spotless unit features new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, wood tile flooring, new bathroom vanities with granite countertops and tile backsplash, new bedroom furniture, all new lighting, updated decor and paint.

Enjoy beautiful porcelain wood tile throughout the unit as well as a stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and USB power outlets. The Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker, air fryer, panini maker, air fryer, Fiestaware dishes, and fully appointed kitchen will make you feel right at home.

Kids and teens will love the custom built bunk beds with Roku TVs. Each bunk comes complete with individual lighting, USB power outlets and HDMI inputs.

The living area includes a cozy comfort queen-sized sleeper sofa, 50" Roku TV, and Bluetooth attached stereo system for listening to your favorite music while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The shared guest bathroom includes a shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Located across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

Exceptional Condo with Spectacular View of the Gulf

A truly outstanding unit that is extremely clean and instantly welcomes you to a spectacular view of the Gulf. It has very comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen for all needs. The unit also has a recently updated master bathroom shower that is extremely satisfying after a fun day on the beach.Pelican Beach Resort is professionally managed and is ideally located to Destin's many restaurants and activities.... we love staying here!

Excellent Host, Beautiful condo!

Top Notch Host from beginning to end! Communication was great, host was accommodating to whatever we needed which was not anything because she had every detail thought out for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo! It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation.

Awesome

We rented this place for couple of days and Julie helped and guided us. Her regular checkins over messages helped us with lot of things. Place is awesome and we were able to view sunrise and an awesome beach view through out the day.

Had a great experience, The host Julie was great and made this experience for us very easy. This was our first time at Destin and she gave great recommendations on what to do and great restaurant to eat at. Would definitely stay at her place at Pelican resort again. Everything you needed and then some

Owner provided everything to make an easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of paper products, lots of beach stuff to include coolers, beach bags, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use and convenience. Perfect Beachfront Condo!

Our stay in Destin was amazing from start to finish! Julie is a great host who is very attentive, communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Fantastic place to stay

Our stay at this property was excellent! I cannot say enough good things about the condo and our host. Our host checked on us every few days to make sure that we had what we needed. She provided many necessary items (paper towels, toilet paper, bedding, towels, and a very nice coffee station. She also had a very nice welcome basket waiting for us on the counter and had beach chairs so we didn't have to rent any. The condo is decorated very nicely and has a beautiful view. The resort has many nice amenities and is right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this Vrbo and plan to return again in the future.

Perfect Condo and Amazing Owner

The condo and property manager were both absolutely amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING we could need or want. You can tell Julie really wants to make you feel at home. From the quality items, to the houseplants, and small rugs everywhere...the whole vacation was perfect. Julie was so amazing and checked in multiple times before and during our stay. This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything was exactly as pictured. The owner was available for any questions we had about the area and provided recomendations for area restaurants. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect vacation and was way above our expectations! Even the furniture on the balcony was great to watch the dolphins in the mornings!

Julie is an excellent host. Great communication from the start. Her condo was beautiful & very inviting. The Welcome basket was amazing filled with snacks, water, & even flip flops & towel. Stunning views!

This property was gorgeous and my family of 4 enjoyed every second of our vacation! The host was so friendly from the moment we booked until we left. She has everything you could need fully stocked, it really felt like home! The views of the gulf are unbelievable and really makes this place special & with the beach steps away you can’t beat it. The condo itself was spotless and had beautiful upgrades throughout. The resort amenities were really nice too, we especially enjoyed the new zero entry pool by the beach. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything on the main strip. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view.

This condo at Pelican Beach was amazing. Julie made the process so easy. She even sent a list of things that you can do in the area. The condo had everything you needed and more. It was very clean and furnished well. The king size bed was so comfortable!! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the furniture on it is so nice. We loved sitting out there early mornings and late evenings. We even seen dolphins swimming by one day. I would highly recommend booking this condo and working with Julie.

Management was more than generous and accommodating.

During our stay the building started a very loud and dusty renovation on floors above ours. Julie checked in with us each day to make sure we were ok with the issues and was more than generous in compensating us for this inconvenience during our stay.

Five Star Experience

Our family loves Destin and we have visited many times, But this was, by far, one of our best experiences!! This condo is exactly as described: clean, beautifully decorated, well-furnished, comfortable with a gorgeous view!! Our second day there, we watched from the balcony as a pod of dolphins played for several minutes directly in front of us! Such a special moment! Julie is an outstanding host!! She is warm, friendly and does her best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The gift basket was a lovely touch! Despite the cool temperatures when we visited, we enjoyed the gorgeous heated pool and hot tub! This property is fantastic, with so many amenities!! We would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach. The balcony has the perfect view, and it is a very secure location. Unit looks like it came straight out of an interior design magazine. The owner spared NO expense, with top of the line utensils/electronics at your disposal. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, and my kids loved the bunk beds with their own television sets and charging outlets. GENUIS! The owner is a fantastic person who puts thought into your stay. They are knowledgeable of the area and kind enough to guide you through your trip (it was our first time there). They were always available with great suggestions. We cannot say enough about how wonderful our trip was, and how wonderful the owner made it. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and we instantly felt at home. The decor was nicer than most. There were plenty of towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were super comfy. Patio view is better than pictured and we spent a lot of time there sipping cocktails. The beach was clean, not a hint of trash or seaweed, and sugar like in texture and color. Location was great too. Lots do do very close by. Enjoyed every relaxing munute of our 6 night trip. Last but not least was our wonderful host, Julie. Excellent communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. Best host EVER! Can’t wait to visit again!

Ocean Front Paradise… with the occasional dolphin and manatee sighting

We absolutely loved this location. Gorgeously furnished with everything you could possibly need. This was a meticulously organized VRBO. We needed additional bedding. We went to to the closet and everything was perfectly labeled. You won’t be guessing where to find something. We did a mix of cooking and going to restaurants. We loved that so many cooking utensils were included along with spices. Fabulous restaurants are right down the street if you decide to not cook.The beach and water are absolutely pristine. We loved seeing dolphins during the day and crabbing at night. The host offered an array of fun beach toys that the kids could use. The location also has two separate pools and a tiki bar where you can order food and drinks. The host was incredibly generous with recommendations and communication. It was a perfectly relaxing week and is a great spot for families, couples or a getaway.

The owner had so many thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, coffee pods and creamers, pre-pasted toothbrushes in case of emergencies, shampoo ...you name it. She has a closet full on nice beach items to borrow as well!! The real star is the view of course but equally impressive was the bed. My husband and I never slept better..even at home! We usually have backs hurt from beds at rentals. The second greatest things were the dehumidifiers that were easy to use and fast acting. With all the resort amenities, food and bar downstairs, and Julie's thoughtfulness we barely even left the resort for anything!!!! No need. We just sat back, had our cocktails on beach and pool and loved life! Thanks again for hosting our family!! Our fav VRBO rental to date!!
