After your day on the beach, rinse off at the backyard outdoor shower and take a dip in the newly constructed LED-lit, 29ft x 14ft heated saltwater pool and 8ft x 8ft spa. Relax on the in-pool shelf loungers while the children play in the shaded sandbox. Enjoy the Breeo Smokeless fire pit while lounging in our comfortable, oversized adirondack chairs, while making S’Mores, sharing stories, and making memories!



**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your stay. This will protect your reservation payment in case of illness, unforeseen emergencies, undesirable or severe weather, job or other life changes, or financial hardship that may cause you to cancel your stay. Otherwise, if you cancel, you will lose your reservation payment in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of your booking. **PET-FRIENDLY - up to 2 pets are allowed at a rate of $150/pet. For example, 1 pet would be an additional $150 per reservation. Two pets would be an additional $300 per reservation. For the safety of your pet, you must bring a pet crate. If your pet is left unattended, they must be placed in a crate indoors with access to food and water. Time left unattended should be kept at a minimum. The guest will be charged for any damage done by the pet**

- Brand New Gunite Heated 29ft x 14ft Saltwater Pool, 7ft x 8 ft Tanning Ledge with In-Pool Chaise Loungers, and 8ft x 8ft Hot Tub - Able to Warm Even in Winter! Pool and hot tub heating are available year round. From April 1 - September 30, pool and hot tub heating are included in the nightly rate. From October 1 - March 31, pool and hot tub heating are available at $75/day.



**Pool safety is our top priority! If anyone in your group has sound sensitivity, please be aware that there are LOUD pool alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool. The alarm bypass button is on the inside and outside wall and must be pushed BEFORE opening these windows and doors to deactivate the alarm. Doors and windows can't be left open or the alarm will sound after 7 seconds. Even with these safety measures, all children and vulnerable persons must be supervised at all times.**
