This condo has been remodeled with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, tile flooring throughout, quartzite vanities in baths, remodeled baths, and new ceiling and tile on the balcony! Upgrades also included new furnishings, large flatscreen TV's for downtime after beachin'. We watched dolphins every morning having coffee. I do think the condo could have been a little bit more cleaner for the price to pay. I think they do a fast sweep for the next people staying. I did let the property know of issues on both bathroom ceilings and fans. Its location is great for anything and everything on the Destin strip.
