SunDestin 1008 is a Gulf Front, 1BR/1.5BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful 10th-floor condo has floor-to-ceiling beach views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony where you and your guest can Gaze across the endless gulf shoreline. The bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. Nestled away in a hallway, you will find twin over twin bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Splash around in the indoor and outdoor pool, catch some rays on the sugar white sand beach, or relax on the beachfront balcony! Come see why SunDestin 1008 is a Destin favorite!

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7\. There are also coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor.

Overall we had a great time at the property - it overall resort is being updated so some of the things like the outdoor pool and the tiki bar were not open, but we didn't need to use them anyways. We enjoyed our balcony a lot and had a great vacation - reminding us why Destin is one of our favorite places!

I give a 3 out of 5 rating because the chairs on the balcony were not comfortable and had no back support. The ac unit was on the balcony and was so loud you couldn’t hardly hear the waves. The internet was worthless! But the views of the gulf were amazing!

#### Perfect Family Vacation

Check in process was quick and easy, room was clean, kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and all appliances worked. The hallway bunk beds and pull out couch were perfect for our 3 kids. Reliable WiFi. Pin pad to unlock room door instead of keeping track of a key card was a major benefit! Property manager was quick to respond and easy to get ahold of.

#### Birthday Vacation 

Great little condo with excellent views! Somehow we didn’t realize it had a half bath too, so that was a big plus!Had some initial issues with smoke detector, TV and A/C not working, but they were very quick to handle everything. I suggest NOT checking in right at 4:00pm as the lobby was packed with other families doing the same thing. Once we got up to the counter the check-in process was very smooth.

Property was awesome condo was nice clean comfortable but very small. Only thing I felt wasn’t good is no room for clothes need a dresser in the bedroom other than that - amazing

#### It was okay 

Parking not great over flow was across the high way in a dark parking lot, no lighting. no washer and dryer in condo and you have to pay totowels you have to pay to wash 5 a load. A lot of construction. Hot tub not hot. Ac unit in the balcony that was load and took up 1/3 of the balcony and was loud.
