This nautically styled, beachfront vacation condo is ready to turn those negative knots into positives as in why not spend all day in the soft white sand at the water’s edge? Why not put your feet up on your private balcony as you take in vistas of the great expanse of aqua water below? Or why not go golfing on perfect greens, shop until you drop or have a spa day? Jade East 1520 opens up a world of possibilities thanks to its amazing location directly on the beach and its proximity to all of Destin’s best entertainment.
The clean and stylish interior promises to please any seafarer, beach bum or even the crabbiest of crabs with its calming navy and dove gray tones. On- trend laminate plank wood floors; coastal-inspired art; a stash of games and puzzles; top of the line linens and drapes plus a modern kitchen filled with cookware come together to create a harmonious getaway. Plus, the Primary suite features sliding glass doors to the balcony and an oversized bathroom with both a walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath.
A Destin vacation at Jade East entitles you to more than just a stylish beach condo to call home for a bit, there’s also an array of amenities behind the Jade East gates. A sprawling pool deck, tennis courts, deeded beach access, numbered parking, personal laundry in each unit and high-speed elevators.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Dreamy Destin!

This condo was a dream come true in the perfect location in Destin. Incredible sunrise gulf views, clean, property management was so helpful getting us in and out smoothly. A nice surprise was the shower in the owner suite being updated! The washer and dryer are slightly outdated and did get some lint onto our clothing in the dryer. Other than that this was a perfect stay with beautiful amenities and beach set up daily. Our whole family can’t wait to come back.

Place was ok not really as pictured, deck is pretty small. Air conditioner in master was hot other rooms cold. Needs some updates, to be brought into this century, elevators were very hot and slippery when wet which was a lot. Beach was fabulous!!! All in loved our stay!

Spring Break on the Beach

Unit was clean, well located and well supplied. Had, by far the sharpest kitchen knives I've ever had in a rental. As a cook that was a very pleasant surprise.

Destin in too crowded!

Our unit was spacious and very clean. The description matched the listing. The beach was another story entirely. It was so crowded and we were there at the beginning of October. Destin is beautiful with the white Sandy beaches, unfortunately there are just too many people there.

It was a wonderful stay the view was excellent . Condo was on the beach. . They provided us with two beach chairs and an umbrella and then we paid for the extra ones. A very nice service to have while staying… They arrange the beach chairs so that everybody had a perfect view of the water. Very clever I would highly suggest a stay at the Jade East towers🌴🌴🌴🌴

Everything was great. Few things needed in unit. Dust pan, hot pads. Coffee maker needs replaced not working properly. Lid not shutting completely so will not make coffee.
