Emerald Towers 706 features three bedrooms and three baths, accommodating up to eight guests. The open-concept living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of the Gulf and plenty of natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa or loveseat, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making quick treats for the pool or fresh seafood dinners. Enjoy family time at the dining table or on the private balcony, where you can take in the beautiful emerald waters. The master suite includes a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, while the other two suites each feature two comfortable beds. VERY pleased with our choice!

We’ve stayed at quite a few condos over the years and this was one of the best! Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, amazing views and basically included everything we needed to have a memorable vacation! The facility itself offered all the amenities you’d need including: a great pool, bbq grills, plenty of parking, security/safety and a great central location to all the action!

Wonderful condo, lovely view, easy access to pool and beach. Bedrooms are nice, living area is very big. Convenient to wal mart, grocery stores and recreation areas. Kitchen needs a few more amenities but other than that we plan to go again.

Great Location

The condo is exactly as pictured which is great because some are not. My family had plenty of space and don’t feel stacked on top of each other. The view from the condo is beautiful in the afternoon as the sun sets. It’s centrally located so either direction gets you to attractions and restaurants quickly.

What a view

The pictures are very accurate. Very spacious unit with beautiful views. A few minor issues (example: dishwasher broken), but getting a hold of the property manager was easy. With the size of the unit (I.e. amount of people staying would have liked there to be more plates and silverware but to us that was small potatoes. Our whole family agreed we’d stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Home away from home

Absolutely amazing!!! Clean, spacious, amazing views, codes worked without fail, and centrally located to everything! This vacation was like home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed not having to worry if our codes worry about our codes not working like we did last year at a different condo. There was friendly onsite staff in the office for assistance to check in or if needed. We also didn’t have to worry about keeping on armbands like other condos enforce! We were able to enjoy our time and freedom on vacation.

Beautiful Views …

You could not ask for better views of the gulf. But the condo needs some up. There were missing baseboard in our room. While it was cleaned … the floors were sticky. The laundry area door fell off. The shower curtain rod constantly fell down. The unit was humid all the time. No ice in the frozen or tray for ice. Sugar ants everywhere after a few of days. For the price I would have thought you would get more than one garbage bag. Pool was very nice … no umbrellas except at the tables. They could use a lot more around the pool.
