Completely Renovated! Everyone wants to stay at BEACHFRONT Properties...now you can stay in one that is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views! This beautiful condo features tiled Chevron flooring throughout, new kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, and kitchen table that seats 6! This condo is beautifully decorated in a stunning, casual elegance that is just perfect for the beach! The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa, comfortable chair, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, new mattress , a master bath with new shower and designer sinks. There is also a secondary hall half bath.

The unit features a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view. And, no elevators with this unit as it is conveniently located on the GROUND FLOOR!

This unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin. There are amazing restaurants shops, movies, bowling, fishing, water sports....so much to do in the paradise that is Destin!

Fabulous Beach Front Property

Beautiful condo ideally located to restaurants and shopping. Loved walking out the patio door and onto the beach. The sound of the waves were mesmerizing.Will definitely try to book again next year.

Best beach vacation ever! We usually stay on the Atlantic coast, but clear water and the beach accommodations of the chairs and umbrellas made it the best choice ever. The condo was elegant and the walkway to the beach was easy, even for a 70 year old like me!

A Wonderful Place!

This condo was everything we wanted and more! Very clean, perfect location, beautiful view, just steps from the beach, and Donna was very helpful with any questions we had. After we arrived home from our vacation we booked the very same condo for next year!

This property was amazing! It was located on the first floor, with the boardwalk in front of you, and steps to the beach. It was stocked with anything you could need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!

Wonderful DESTINation!

Unit was clean and stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Open the back glass doors to the amazing Destin beach, not having to worry about parking lugging stuff was great. We needed a drink or food, just walk back up to the unit!

Beautiful Vacation

This property is perfectly positioned on the beach. The beach is perfect white sand and clear blue water. You are not far from anything but feel like you aren’t in the middle of it all either. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. They needed to replace the washer and dryer unit while we were there and Donna the property manager came to oversee it so that it would not interrupt our stay. It was nice to be on the beach and know they were taking care of it inside. Overall a very nice clean unity. Newly remodeled

Wonderful!

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times but this was our first time in this unit. It’s such a nice place. I prefer the first floor for the convenient beach access, basically the beach is your back yard and going back and forth for breaks, snacks, etc is a breeze. This unit looks just as pictured. It has a great layout, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. You are within walking distance to a neat little coffee shop, some restaurants, and a short drive to everything else. The owner responds back quickly if you need to contact her. I definitely recommend this property and hope it’s available on our next trip down. Thank you!

Everything was excellent! We loved how clean the unit was and how close we were to the beach. Donna was extremely fast with her replies when we needed to communicate with her.
