The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A laundry room is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Clean, beautiful view.

Property is as advertised. Loved beach service check -in process. Clean and love the high top table and chairs on the deck. Never had an issue waiting on elevators. Location was perfect. Only thing that may need replacing is the king size bed, one side is very sunken and felt like you were rolling off the bed. Stay was great!

Great trip

Loved the condo. Kitchen needed a few things, like measuring spoons, k cup machine, and better blender Location was good Beach was very clean and not crowded Condo had a wonderful and was quiet. Never heard anyone all week.

Very nice condo

We have stayed many times (12+) at Silver Beach Towers. This was our first stay at 1602W. The condo was very clean and had pretty much up to date furnishings. The beds and living room furniture was comfortable. A few minor complaints : The fluorescent ceiling fixtures in the kitchen and laundry room only worked half the time. They would try to light up but sometimes you had to flip the switches on and off several times to get them to work. With new LED technology the owner needs to replace them. Also there is no plastic glasses, plates or bowls in the kitchen. This could be a disaster for families with small children. Anything dropped on the tile floors would shatter. Outside of those few complaints we had a nice stay. The weather didnt cooperate but that is the chance you take in September.

Our condo was perfect, we all loved it!!!

Over all the condo was beautiful and worked perfectly for two couples. the building and staff were very helpful, our only complaint would be that we felt that at least one of the pools should have been heated during that time of year(Feb). Ii was foggy all week and we couldn't really enjoy the beach, so thought we could at least swim in pool. Pool was very cold and couldn't go in it.
