Would have been perfect if the fridge worked.
The fridge did not work properly for our entire 7 night stay. We didn't have a thermometer, but the butter was soft and the milk went bad in the fridge, and the freezer was not cold enough to freeze anything. We brought this up on day 2 and a work order was created promptly, with good communication. They supposedly looked at it and ordered a part, but there was never a resolution during our weeklong stay. They offered us free bags of ice, but I really didn't think that was a solution.
Otherwise the condo is super clean, nicely decorated, plenty of linens and new looking towels, comfortable beds and great location in the complex. The building itself is nicely decorated and updated. The kitchen had like-new items of everything we needed...except a working refrigerator. Also they allowed us to check in 6 hours early, which we very much appreciated. They have a nice gym, heated pool is definitely warm enough, good hot tub, cute coffee bar and restaurant. The big unheated pool was cold, but it didn't stop the kids from going in. The fact this place is not on the beach was not a problem. We didn't mind the $6 car fee to access the beautiful state park beach across the road, and it actually caused us to explore several nearby state park and public access beaches. They had 2 beach chairs in the unit that we enjoyed.
