Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 304 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the Breakers East building.

Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom - bathtub/shower combination, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has walk-in shower, single vanity; living room - (2) queen size sleeper sofas, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available to us. All amenities and shopping centers were right there. The condo was wonderful!! Perfect location with a beautiful view! My only complaint is the floor was not very clean. After about an hour of walking barefoot inside all our feet were black.

We found out that it’s fall break in several northern states so it was mostly families, very sweet families! 4 days of perfect weather, 3 days was dreary but still beautiful, watched surfers! This condo was great, it had everything that we could possibly need. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue was waiting on the one elevator that was working. I only book our Destin trips through Your Assistant at the Beach. It’s effortless & I have no worries that everything is handled properly. Looking forward to our next trip.
