Welcome to Silver Shells St. Lucia 704\. This beautiful seventh floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space to sleep up to six guests. Take in the stunning Destin sunsets from the balcony that offer westerly gulf views with your favorite beverage in hand. Newly remodeled in 2025, the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The chef of the group will love whipping a delectable meal or quick snacks for the beach. Guests can gather around the dining table with seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two. After a full day in the sun unwind in the living room with a movie or have a friendly competition over game night. The spacious master bedroom includes a king bed, balcony access, flat screen tv, and gulf views. The attached master bathroom features an incredible frameless walk-in shower complete with a bench seat, deep soaker tub, and dual vanity. The guest bedroom includes a queen and twin bed with additional sleeping available in the living room on the sleeper sofa. Added conveniences include a hallway bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, washer and dryer off the kitchen, complimentary beach service in season, and WIFI.
