The room seemed cleanish.. my kid complained about sand in bunk bed day we arrived. The bed was ok. Owner needs to do a lot of updates and maintenance,loose tiles,grout missing,appliance repair,mold,couch filthy and worn out, no patio screens so open to birds, bugs, and rodents. The one small dresser had both drawers that did not work well and were broke. A simple drying rack would be useful for hanging wet clothes on to dry after washing.
