Wonderful stay on the bayou

Beautiful and extremely well maintained property right on the bayou. Very private setting with INCREDIBLE hosts, Randal and Miss Tee. Enjoyed our second year in a row here and literally can't say enough good things about it.

Very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. They have the house well stocked with all of your necessities. We would definitely come back if we need to return to the area.

Bayou Paradise 🐊

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Bayou Des Allemands. The property is extremely well kept and cozy with a scenic view of the bayou. This is a must stay if you’re in the area! Randal and Tee are excellent hosts.

Quiet and restful retreat

Owners were so very nice and accomodating. House has so much room to spread out with multiple porches. Everything provided for a great stay! And the treats and artwork by Miss Tee were fabulous!

We stayed during mardi gras. The most welcoming host I've ever experienced! Our family enjoyed time spent in this spacious home. There were plenty of rooms and each one had something special about it. Beautiful wallpaper, a swing(!), gorgeous armoires. We loved the private parking and ease of getting in and out of the neighborhood. There were bugs around the area, but it's the bayou, that's to be expected! We would def stay again if given the chance. P.S. thanks for the king cake!

Great visit to the Bayou

Very nice property, extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Photos don't do it justice, this is a very large home with plenty of room to spread out. Very secure and private with FABULOUS hosts.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This was a beautiful property and larger than we expected. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings and the gorgeous drive in. Randal and Tee are absolutely amazing hosts. You can tell they truly care for the property and thier guests. We plan on returning one day!

Big holiday house with fishing pier, and great views over the bayou and the beautiful sky above. Clean, calm, perfect to relax - and the owners, Tee and Randal, are so neat and helpful. Thank you so much!! We went to New Orleans, Oak Alley and for a Swamp Tour with Zams Swamp Tours, petting Alligators - unforgetable 😀

Wonderful!

The house had all you need and more. The yard was beautiful. There was room for my family to separate and do what they wanted. The owners were super nice. Not to far from New Orleans. We will stay again.

Very cute and comfy

This is a very cute house in the bayou. It fit our group of four very comfortably. Tons of space for a group to spread out inside. Around the outside, there are a few beautiful flower gardens, and plenty of places to sit. The host Randal was always available via text, which I really appreciate. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Accommodating & Restful

We felt safe in the location and did not feel an overwhelming desire to lock the doors. The layout of the home allowed any of the five guest to gather as a group or to have privacy when desired. It was easily assessable to New Orleans and other areas of interest. The house was well stocked with towels and linens, soaps and lotion, trash bags, coffee and even a welcoming gift of homemade pralines, On Christmas day she also gave us a basket of home-grown tomatoes and a jar of pepper jelly. they also allowed us to pick the oranges from the orange tree in the yard and take them home as a parting gift. Of all the properties we have rented these owners were the first we had ever met. They are friendly, readily available if we needed anything and were on target with suggesting a restaurant, giving excellent directions. We had an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was incredibly spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. One of our favorite parts was how unique the home was—it really added to the experience. The views of the bayou were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Do not let the listing photos fool you! This place is amazing! The absolute best hosts you could ever ask for. Friendly, knowledgeable of the area, and just all around great people. I can ramble on and on about Randal and Tee, they were top notch and I would recommend staying at Blue Bayou if you don't want to be in the busy city but still close enough to enjoy it. 30 minutes to the airport 35 minutes to downtown New Orleans Thank you for your amazing hospitality! We will see you again next time!

Nice Stay on the Bayou

We had a wonderful time staying at the residence. The dock was a great place to sit and fish. The yard is large and fully enclosed so our dogs could run around. Close proximity to New Orleans and many other towns. We would definitely stay there again.
