The house is located on a peaceful residential street while remaining right in the city centre, just a five-minute walk from shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Many popular attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral, and the Derbion Shopping Centre.



Getting Around:

Thanks to its central location, the city is easily explored on foot. For added convenience, bus routes run along the nearby main road, and local taxi services are readily available. Derby Midland Train Station, offering direct connections to cities across the UK, is just a 10-minute walk away or a short taxi journey.

Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance in order to give us enough time to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.

For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

Will be a great location, but not well equipped at the monent

Neat and tidy house in a brand new estate (only really this one street completed, although could not really hear the building work that was going on). Sleeps 6 people in 3 double beds, but only catered for four anywhere else - 4 dining chairs, 4 dinner plates, 4 mugs etc. Main facilities are very nice and looks trendy, but the kitchen was poorly equipped at the start of our stay (no washing up sponge provided, no oven glove and some of the knives in the block were starting to rust. Some of these issues were resolved by the host after we alerted them). The owners have an aversion to attaching anything to walls, so no mirrors in the bathroom, no towel rails or toilet roll holders. There was only one mirror in the property which was just left on a bedside table and was the first thing picked up by the toddler.
