Modern Bungalow in quiet location ,Draycott Derbyshire.
- Light and airy 2 bedroomed bungalow . Situated on the edge of Draycott Derbys, between Nottingham and Derby( M1 Junction 25) The bungalow comprises of two bedrooms , a lounge with 55 inch T.V. and a dining table There is also a fully equipped kitchen.The bathroom has a shower and a bath.Both bedrooms have black out curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. Safety features include a ring door bell and light sensors at the front door, along with window alarms.There is a secure back lawned garden perfect for relaxing in the summer months.
This bungalow is in a quiet location but near to links for both Derby and Nottingham. Perfect for holiday or business stays. Located 5 minutes from the centre of the village which hosts bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. Bus and train links to Nottingham and Derby are frequent from the village.It is also ideally suited for East Midlands airport, Pride park Derby, Rolls Royce , Donnington Park, Elvaston Castle and there are lots of local walks .
