Comfortable bed and a decent amount of space for a city hotel. Facilities: Everything you’d expect is there — nothing standout, but functional and well maintained. Staff: Polite and efficient throughout the stay. Cons: Value vs Experience: While it’s reasonable for the price, it feels a bit generic — more functional than memorable. Atmosphere: Lacks a bit of character; feels like a standard chain hotel rather than something with personality. Minor Details: A few small touches were missing that would elevate it (e.g. finishing details in the room, or a more premium feel in communal areas). Overall: It’s a solid, no-frills option if you need somewhere central and reliable, but don’t expect anything particularly special. Good for a straightforward business trip or short stay, but not somewhere you’d choose for a more premium or experience-focused visit."

"My check in was extremely smooth, Front desk Merina made it very easy, and I felt very welcome. Also check out was easy, receptionist made it smooth. This is the 2nd time to stay at this hotel, will go back again. Breakfast was good. "

"Small, basic rooms but in a great location. If you want to leave luggage on the departure day you need to pay £2 per bag, first time I've ever had to pay to do this in a hotel"

"Room a bit dark and wasnt aware it was an accessible room.had a nice bath last time, had a shower with grab rails and seat. Need more lighting in bedroom near mirror and a plug socket. Had to style hair stood on the bed to use mirror above headboard."

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."
