  • Charming tri-story duplex home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

    It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need on the first level. House includes Google Homes, 50’ TVs, and a place to work! Ideal for 6 people!

    Backyard outdoor patio is great for relaxing and privacy, perfect for your friends with 4 legs! Fenced backyard with plenty of space with a great grill, chairs and zero landscaping

    Location is unbeatable with a very short walk to Childrens, CU Anschutz, and VA Hospitals as well as the RTD light rail and bus stops. For drivers, you can hop on the highway quick to get around the city at ease! 20 minutes from the DIA, 25 minutes from downtown. Ideal and central location for everything you are looking for!

    For me cleanliness and safety come first! Communication is also key! If you need anything please let me know! I want to make sure you have a good experience.

This is a wonderful townhouse; very clean and a great space. Easy to access and checkin. Has a completely fenced yard which was great for our dogs. We felt right at home during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect for our quick trip to Denver, CO. The location was convenient for us. There is a nice fenced in backyard for my pups. Appreciate the coffee maker and coffee and water pitcher in the fridge!! We will definitely stay again.

Nice place and owner

The place was clean, communication with the owner was great, and it was an easy check in process. My only complaint is that it was loud at times in the neighborhood but we stayed around July 4th, so that was to be expected.

Minutes from the freeway, restaurants and grocery store nearby, well-stocked linens and kitchen, ample parking. Compact living room and eat-in kitchen.

Ok accommodations. We basically just changed clothes and slept there. Bed in basement is shot. Neighborhood is sketchy. Glad we had access to garage. Clean and Host was friendly and communicated well.

Great place

Nice little duplex in Aurora. Stayed here with three friends and it was perfect for our needs. We attended an event across the street at the Hyatt and it was nice to have a kitchen and living space. Perfect for four people. Host was easy to work with.

Perfect location and nicely appointed!

The house was located close to the hospital for my mom’s surgery. Very clean, lots of fresh towels, extra blankets, and excellent amenities. It was very convenient having 2 full bathrooms and a half bath as well. Definitely would stay here again if I need to be near the hospital in the future.

Home was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and bedding. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms did have essentials like shampoo, conditioner and bath wash if we had forgotten items.Living room had space for the 6 people when playing games that were provided. I cannot recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay.

Nice, Quiet, Roomy

This property has first-rate reviews for good reason. Everything was clean and well-ordered and ready for our stay. The kitchen is on the small side for a family, but the bedrooms are spacious and we got along comfortably. Location is excellent, too, with access to major Denver-area routes.

Great for what our family needed

The house served my family great for our needs. My father n law had surgery at Anshutz hospital and it was just a few minutes to drive there which was very convenient for my mother in law which has Parkinsons. The house had everything we needed.

Clean Home in Aurora

We had a great vacation visiting family in the area. The house was clean and well kept. There were lots of towels, sheets, and blankets. That was a nice touch. It also included a garage for parking, which was great.

Great stay

We stayed at this property for a softball tournament. It met all of our needs. Property was clean when we arrived. Although we were unable to get the Xfinity app to work on the tv like they said they had, we were still able to get all other apps to work on the tv.

Not a bad VRBO

Our stay was pretty good. We have a bigger family so we had about 8 of us and no complaints from anyone. Backyard was different than in the pictures it’s all rock no grass, owner notified me after the place had already been booked. No complaints there either just wish we couldn’t brought our dog.

Convenience +

The house was more than adequate for my 5 family members while we visited Anschutz Medical for a serious surgery for my grandson. The backyard was private and pretty which we needed after spending all day in the hospital. Everything we needed was provided; the washer and dryer were welcomed; and linens were plentiful. Our host was definitely available and helpful. Hopefully, we will never need a house this close to Anschutz ever again; but we would definitely recommend this location for its convenience to all the hospitals and medical centers.

5 day Blue Jay Trip

The stay was pleasant, very clean, lots of towels, all kitchen appliances available, laundry supplies and so forth. It was disappointing that when we arrived we were not able to get into the home and had to wait about 30 min for owner to come and let us in. She was to have someone come and put batteries in door code so we would not have to worry about carrying keys around. Guessing it was dead batteries that code would not work. Unfortunately no one came to do that. When we checked out we had to leave door unlocked as no way of locking it. This was her instructions. The backyard was not usable like the pictures show.. No lawn, it was all rock and landscape cloth. TV has no cable no nothing. We don't have stick or netflix. Would be nice to know that ahead of time. The site also says that bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a sofa/futon but there was none so we were actually short a bed.
