Myself and my guests were all very comfortable with the layout and loved the proximity to all that downtown has to offer while being in a quiet-ish neighborhood, The neighbors next door were super cool and pleasant to talk to. They had some really great recommendations as to local eateries, coffee shops, and they had some really great insight regarding the local venews. The property manager was communicative and helpful. The area felt safe, and we were able to walk to a nearby coffee shop each morning.The cons: House smelled musty as soon as we walked in. It was difficult to sleep with the smell and windows were taped shut so couldn’t open to air out the house. The doorknob to the bathroom was broken, kept falling out from the other side. There was an unsecured outlet, spiderwebs in the corners, and rugs that looked dirty. Throw pillows (obviously unwashed) were propped up against the clean bedroom pillows. The bed frames were made from cloth which isn’t hygienic. After reading all the incredible reviews, honestly a bit disappointing. ##### Eliade N. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
