Super cute 3BR 3BA on a hill in Centennial, CO with views of the front range and a refreshing pool and hot tub. Ten minutes from Fiddler's Green. Twenty-five minutes from Red Rocks. This recently remodeled home boasts three bedrooms as well as a full kitchen, den, and new modern furniture. There is a basement equipped with a movie theater/game room and themed children's playroom for added entertainment and to keep the little ones occupied.  
  
Just installed, a six man 220 V hot tub with private pergola and views of the Rockies.

With three tastefully decorated bedrooms, our house comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends. Kick back on the extended back covered porch/living space, complete with bar, TV, comfortable seating and a mood lighting system.  
  
The backyard offers a private oasis for outdoor enjoyment with a large refreshing pool and toasty hot tub. Bask in the Colorado sunshine on the patio, sip your morning coffee amidst the beautiful greenery and mountain views, or gather around the seating area in the evening for cozy conversations.  
  
Centennial is renowned for its scenic beauty and proximity to various attractions. Explore the nearby deKoevend Park, Centennial Loop and Highline Canal. IMPORTANT:  
\- The garage is not included in the rental. Parking spaces are located on the driveway.  
\- The pool is maintained at 80 degrees. If you desire a warmer pool, the heater can be increased to 85 for a charge of $400 per week (60/day).  
\- The fireplace on the back deck is for decoration only, it contains a decorative basket. Do not try to use as there is no chimney.  
\- You may see space heaters in the pictures of the back deck but they are not operational.

Ideal for a family or small group of friends. The accommodations were excellent. Host communicated effectively with clear instructions but also checked in during the stay. Located just a short drive to downtown Denver or Red Rocks. Float in the pool with a view of the mountains? Yes please!

We booked this home for our family of 6 for a wedding weekend and had a wonderful stay! The weather cooperated so that we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor cabana, pool and view! The home is located in a safe and quiet area that is convenient to shops, restaurants and mountains. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The host communicated well both before and during stay. A great family friendly atmosphere and I would stay there again. Highly recommend!
