Delightful Stay

We spent six nights at this wondrous and spacious VRBO for a recent workshop I attended. It was super clean, convenient and quiet. I highly recommend this space and place if you want a super stay in the Denver area. Shay was the best to work with and readily replied to any questions.

We shot a student film here as well as stayed for a weekend, and it was a great experience! The entire space was very clean and everything matched the pictures. The host was so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had as well as understand the extra people and noise added by filming. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable and it was easy to get buses to nearby areas.

Great little home located conveniently close to downtown Denver! The space itself is quaint and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little noisy - there's a small Grainger warehouse nearby, lots of car/motorcycle noise, and some sirens - but that's normal for a city. Great place for us to stay for what our needs were.

The apartment is large, sparsely but adequately furnished. The kitchen is well-supplied. The heating system is a little peculiar in that only the kitchen and living room have it. The bedroom was a bit chilly. The owner was responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood is ok - on the way up probably, but this house was one of the better cared for ones.
