Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The Denver allergens did not agree with me and the humifier in the room was very helpul. Bed was comfy, plush towels, and has a great yard for the pup to explore.
