This place really surprised me it's a diamond in the rough for sure from the outside u really can't appreciate the hotel it was way nicer inside the rooms u can tell where made a long time ago but was clean and nice the best part for me was the continental breakfast most places charge now or u get donuts and coffee maybe fruit or muffins but this place had eggs potatoes sausage cereal and fruit and muffins toast and yogurt all juices coffee full on breakfast way to go 💗💗 oh and a mini salad bar too I rate them a 5 star for everything I will definitely all stay here again so accommodating to my service dog too ❤️❤️

When we checked in the person working the desk was not very friendly. The room we were in parts of the carpets were sticky. The towels were so small. Even the towels for the pool were small like they were meant for toddlers. The air conditioning did work well but made the room really humid until I cracked open the window. Staff in the breakfast area were friendly and nice the food was fine for breakfast about what I expected

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, thanks to the fantastic staff of Latinas running the place! From the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast staff, I was in excellent hands with these ladies. Friendly, efficient, and the rooms and hotel were extremely clean. Latinas and Latinos keep this country running and I'm so grateful! Can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Denver!!

I did not like the kiosk check out. I checked in late so there was a person and I loved the experience of checking in with her. However I would not have booked at all if I was fully aware (my lack of research since I had to find this property or any immediately with no time before to look) of the kiosk, I wouldn’t have booked. I hate kiosk check in. Bring back the people, pay them fairly. I will not support a company that offshores as an excuse to pay people nothing. Breakfast was decent. The room was TINY for breakfast, but good selection. Room was also pretty good quality.
