Welcome to our freshly updated six bedroom ranch! With six beds, two couches, and two air mattresses, there is room for you and 15 friends. Amenities don't get better than this: 8-person hot tub, home theater with 135" screen, pool table, fire pit, outdoor dining, corn hole, and darts! Located smack-dab in the middle of Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks and the mountains - perfect place to grill, watch movies, and hang in the tub after a big day experiencing all Colorado has to offer!

Great location and nice place

We rented the house for a golf trip with 6 people. The house worked perfectly as Arvada is a great area to stay in for convenience and safety. Jack did an excellent job of communicating with me and the process was easy. The only issue was a GIANT raccoon that hung out in the back yard but we scared him off with a rake. Lol. I will stay there again.
