It is an older home, subdivided with private entries and parking around the back in an older neighborhood. I was confused about which entrance belonged to our rental, but a phone call quickly cleared that issue up. The property owner has beautifully remodeled this room to include a lavish bathroom with a bidet and optional rain shower head fixtures in the private bath. Chilled bottled water in the fridge and snacks on the counter were a nice welcome after a long road trip! A heavenly memory foam mattress, fluffy pillows, lush towels and linens, and blackout curtains made our stay perfect. This place was perfect for our trip to Denver! The hosts were so thoughtful in how they prepared the room for guests. There’s cute/informational signs on how to operate and take full advantage of the technology they’ve installed (the cool night-light feature in the bathroom and the bidet with the toilet seat warmer). It was great not having to park on the street and instead we got to park in their driveway. Michael was very quick to respond prior to our arrival, and he took the time to briefly greet us when we arrived. The check in was easy and smooth and technically contactless, which was nice to be able to arrive whenever we wanted.
