Our stay at the "old world charm flat" was exceptionally fine in every way. From the clear communications with Kent, the owner, to the gorgeous interior decoration, this has been a delight for us. WE loved the decor, the very thoughtful amenities, the location, and the sense of home that this flat imparted. We immediately made reservations to return to this wonderful flat when we return to Denver in early November, and again next August. Words and photos do not adequately convey the comfort, quiet charm, and sense of belonging that characterize this lovely flat. Thank you, Kent!
Beautiful decor, comfortable accommodations, friendly hosts, upscale neighborhood, easy walk to Cherry Creek shops and restaurants, and short drive to Downtown Denver.
When we opened the door to the unit, I felt like we had walked into a Hallmark movie! The Christmas tree and all the decorations, along with the fire going in the fireplace was just gorgeous! The kitchen was comfortable while making our Christmas dinner.
Beautiful accommodations within walking distance of shops and dining at Cherry Creek. Plenty of room for 2 to 4 people--the patio was inviting and relaxing. Straight shot to & from Red Rocks. Hosts are awesome. I would definitely stay here again.
The place was amazing! The decor, the location, the owners…all were fabulous! Kent and Rene were so gracious…especially when we didn’t get into the flat until 1am. Sorry again! We will stay there again!
The VRBO description included much of what I was looking for. The spaciousness, splendor of the furnishings, the beautiful landscape and the availability of host all exceeded my expectations. My family was very pleased.
We stayed at the flat to attend our great niece’s “Marvel” wedding. It was everything we needed. The neighborhood is beyond description, very secure, safe and upscale. There is not one thing I would change. The beds were very comfortable, even the sheets high end. Having a garage was a plus. Walking to restaurants or Trader Joe’s was not a problem. Great location.
My wife and I were in Denver for a concert and long weekend. I had a previous stay at this property before, and knew it was a wonderfully appointed, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The house doesn't disappoint. Owners are quick to respond and helped with a minor AC issue within hours. Neighborhood is great and feels completely safe. We walked from the property to Cherry Creek mall and felt safe and secure. Look forward to visiting again!
The unit was great for our family of four. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our oldest son loved reading at the desk in the sun room each morning. My husband appreciated the coffee options. The beds were very comfortable. In-unit laundry was super convenient and meant we could pack less. Great to have garage parking. We love this area and used to live in Congress Park. A great location to explore Cherry Creek, the parks, and easy to get downtown.
This is a beautiful property with lovely patio areas full of flowers. The location was perfect for our walking, jogging, enjoying the great Cherry Creek restaurants and shopping at Cherry Creek Mall. We shopped Whole Foods (about a mile away)
and enjoyed making breakfast in the nice kitchen. We sat on the patio for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The furnishings are warm and very comfortable, and the good quality mattresses gave us three nights of sound sleep. We were given excellent instructions and Kent made our stay most pleasant. We are already hoping to return soon.
This property is much different than other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in—it’s an actual HOME. Well decorated and comfortable. Other vacation rentals tend to be sparse and furnished with lower quality items. This place blew us away! Well stocked with items you might need during your stay. Very clean and quiet. Hosts are very attentive and helpful. Only word of warning is that the bathroom is a little tight—so if you have mobility issues or ADA needs it might not suit you. But for my family it wasn’t an issue at all. 10/10 would stay here again!
This place was so nice . Made you feel comfortable. They had everything you would need except food. Welcome you with a few beers and chocolate in fridge. When we got there codes didn’t Renee showed up in about 5 minutes fixed it . No problem after that. Meet Ken and Renee the hostess first day. Very nice people. I highly recommend this place if you need some to stay in Denver.
I stayed here with my sister and her significant other. We wanted to be both in the city and close to our sister in Aurora. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a lovely tree lined street in Cherry Creek. The interior is so homey and comfortable. Also very clean. This home is not your average rental that is run by a boring property group. You can tell the owners take pride in an individual and unique experience in this home. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but we poked around the cabinets (hah!), and it included everything you’d need to stay in for a home cooked meal. We enjoyed the perfect evening weather on the back patio, which was nicely appointed with lots of seating. I would recommend this property and would stay again.
The flat was perfect for our needs. Very comfy with sufficient amenities. We love Cherry Creek North, so the location was perfect for us! We were able to easily get to our favorite restaurants in CCN and visit our friends who live in nearby neigborhoods. We'd stay here again! The only small problem was figuring out the locking/unlocking system for both doors. The directions were quite clear, but remembering which door we had to turn the knob clockwise and which counterclockwise took a few days to master. I kept having to get out my phone and reread the directions for a day or two. Just a minor nuisance.

Place just okay, disappointing. A lot of stuff needed repairing. Unit smelled, carpet old & stained, outdated wallpaper. Window blinds damaged, lamps without bulbs, broken hairdryer. Good location, but lots of noise & construction (we were pre-warned). Required to strip bed, take out garbage & other chores that I have never experienced at another rental. What’s the cleaning fee for? But, biggest annoyance was check-in & departure “rules.” Could not check in 5 minutes early & received stern warnings numerous times about check out time (10 AM!!). Zero flexibility.
We have just returned from a wonderful one-week stay in this beautiful ground-floor flat in Cherry Creek North. Everything about the property is gorgeous and very comfortable, and we felt at home within minutes of our arrival.
Trust the photos! Everything is in perfect condition, and we enjoyed all the amenities. Although we didn't cook in the unit, the kitchen has everything you could want or need. I particularly enjoyed the sunroom off the living room where I had coffee and read every morning before going out for the day. Both of the bedrooms are very quiet since they are not facing either of the streets, and the bathroom is only about three steps from either bedroom. Also, both bedrooms have large windows and plenty of natural and interior lighting.
The neighborhood is extremely beautiful and quiet, and it's very near the numerous shops and restaurants of Cherry Creek. Since the home is located in the center of the city, we could get to all of our destinations using Uber, and there were always cars nearby.
We would highly recommend the flat and only ask that you don't reserve it at the same time we want to return to Denver.
