"We were kept up all night long by teenagers running up and down the hallway. The staff was reluctant to address the issue and allowed them to carry on until we demanded a refund. The next day management refused to refund us because we booked through Expedia and didn’t even take the time to talk to us in person. Just left if to their front staff to handle."
