  • This property is part of a larger house, which has been completely divided into two separate, We only share one wall — there are no shared indoor areas between the two sides. you have your own private entrance, and we have ours. You will have total privacy with no one disturbing your stay. Every photo you see in this listing belongs entirely to your private space.

    You get a fully private section of our house – 3BR/2BA, kitchen, living room, front yard.

    Location: Boulder 10–15 min | Denver 15–20 min | DIA ~40 min

The host communicated well and promptly. I was surprised that there were barking dogs in the basement at times. The oven was dirty. The property was not in Broomfield as listed, was in Winchester.The yard was nice for our granddaughter to play in.

The house was the perfect getaway for our family while our daughter was playing softball in Denver area. It was clean and Angie was a great host in communicating with us. The house was Set up nicely and provided everything we needed for our week long stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking in the Denver area.
