This new property did not have a fenced yard for usage and had people living below with quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. We got in late and had to leave early. We were not happy or impressed but didn’t want to deal with it late at night. We had to come back through and avoided these properties to rent from. ##### matt w. You can't tell a book by its cover! The property needs some exterior maintenance and landscape maintenance (lawn cutting), but in Spring in Colorado we let the grass grow to recover from the winter - we did have a few inches of snow during our stay. The interior of the house was excellent - clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable, and the towels and bedding were excellent quality. Our two well behaved dogs loved the fenced back yard. We will stay here again on future trips from Grand Junction to the Denver area. ##### Tom R.
