A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. Always clean and comfortable. Truly has everything you need. Only thing i could suggest would be replacing the outlet over the couch with an outlet that also has usb charging ports. Just a few blocks to our kids house and to restaurants. House was well furnished with and the large bathroom and walk in shower were great. The only disappointment was the Murphy bed it was not very comfortable. Needs a better mattress. It would also be nice to have had cushions on the metal patio chairs and also cushions on the rattan sofa. ##### Paul B. This is a great location within walking distance of many restaurants/bars and also has easy access to the highways to be able to get where you want to in town. The people that live at the main house are very friendly and offered recommendations for places to eat and see, the same story with property management who would check in through text/email to make sure you’re enjoying your stay or need any help. When I’m back in Denver, I hope to stay here again due to the ease of access to the Denver metro and its many biking spots. ##### Austin M. We arrived at night and it was very dark. A porch light would have helped. We hadn’t received the key code and had to contact the property manager who was quick to respond with it. Everything was lovely inside and we had had a great stay. The bed and pull out sofa were both very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, kitchen stocked, and laundry very convenient.
