Location. Location. Location. This beautiful and charming carriage house is an 1880s Victorian-style brick carriage house, separate from the main house, located in the marvelous and highly sought-after West Highland’s North Denver neighborhood. The neighborhood is ideally situated just west of Downtown and close to all major highways, allowing you to get to the mountains and the airport in a mere 30 minutes. There is a separate gate entrance to the carriage house, so you feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. The living area has a 48-inch flat-screen SMART TV with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those needing to do some work. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Guests have access to a private patio, which is lovely for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or a nice dinner and wine in the evening. Bed configuration: Queen bed Sleeper sofa We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. No pets are allowed at this property. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (including the courtyard). The carriage house is a private oasis patio with a grill, table, and chairs. There is back-door access to Highland Square, with many quaint and artisan eateries, locally owned shops, and family-friendly happenings. Take your evening stroll through the historic streets of the highlands to end up at the neighborhood wine bar or coffee house. This neighborhood is one of Denver's oldest and most charming, with Victorian-painted ladies, old bungalows, and Denver squares- for the historic architectural buffs. A Denver B-Cycle station is just around the corner, so you can rent bikes and ride to any of Denver's attractions. This charming neighborhood offers a mix of restaurants, shops, and markets, all within a peaceful and secure environment. There is access to public transportation in one block. The host was friendly and had a lot of hospitality for their guest. The room was perfect and comfy. It kept us nice and warm during our winter stay The bathroom was clean and nicely renovated. I have nothing bad to say about this rental.
