We had a lovely weekend at this property. Cute house with plenty of space and a nice yard, and it was lovely to bring the dogs with us! The host was very easily reached and available to help when needed.

We really enjoyed are stay in Arvada. Very clean accommodations, four bedrooms and pet friendly! Our German shepherd totally took advantage of the green space, frolicking in the garden and exploring beyond. Kenneth, the host, was very kind and helpful. His communications throughout our stay were truly appreciated and showed he is a very kind and considerate person. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to book here.
