    Kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Parker, Colorado offers for families and larger groups in this stunning 2-story home in a quiet cul-de-sac with breathtaking mountain views. The home backs to open space, walking trails, and a playground for kids!
    The main floor features a half bath, spacious kitchen, living room, dining area for 12, family room, and an office with a daybed for 2 (no door). Upstairs, you'll find a master bedroom (king) with a 5-piece bath, a loft, washer/dryer, and three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has two bunk beds ). Each of the two bunk beds has a twin bed over a full bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom, and the other has a full attached bathroom
    The basement includes a master suite (queen), a living area with a sofa bed, an office, two full bathrooms, and a beautiful bar area. The house is pet-friendly! Please note, there is no hot tub or spa available.
    Come gather at this cozy home and create wonderful memories with your group!
    The outdoor security setup includes five cameras: three (ring bell door and two cameras) facing the exterior road, one facing the driveway, and another on the side of the house facing the walking path. The cameras are installed just below the roof. They are active when there is movement.

Great house for a large group of friends visiting from the east coast. Place was very clean, easy to access and a great location. Fantastic large kitchen island with connecting family room was perfect for our group.

Very nice accommodations

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for any family. Very large and spacious. The downstairs was quite cold so we didn’t spend anytime in the lower living area but it was beautifully appointed.

Perfect in Parker

Beautiful home that accommodates a large crowd. The host was super responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. We had family from Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Missouri all meet here and the check in was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Parker Home in Cul de Sac

The house was amazing. Roomy, comfy, and very clean. It was close to restaurants, shopping areas, and easy access to the airport and highways. It had all the amenities that were listed. Plenty of space for everyone. Definitely want to return.

We enjoyed our time in this property. The owners were generous with incidentals needed for our stay-paper goods, shower items, etc... We were happy to host small family gatherings to prepare flowers for the ceremony as well as cook and enjoy each other's company in the large kitchen/family area. We were considerate to the owners concerns about large gatherings and the impact on neighbors. All questions/concerns were addressed with the owners directly and we had no issues.

This house is better than described. It is the CLEANEST VBRO we’ve ever stayed in. It’s enormous with 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. We didn’t even notice one bathroom until we we’re leaving. This house is more than well appointed. They have everything and it’s all organized and labeled. We had ten family members stay here and we had tons of room. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with lots of great places to eat nearby. The owners are great and respond very quickly. I highly recommend this home!

The house was perfect for our tennis team. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. House exceeded our expectation. The living room had plenty of space for our group. Kitchen had all the amenities and cabinets were labeled to find what you needed. The house has 5 1/2 bathrooms that were perfect for having 12 ladies. Beds were comfortable. Fall Family Wedding

We hosted extended family to celebrate our daughters' wedding which was planned at a Denver area wedding venue. The property doesn't look so spacious from the outside but it far exceeded our expectations! Very clean with plenty of areas for people to gather OR have some space to yourself! Kitchen and pantry abundantly stocked. Our host, DP, was accommodating and prompt to answer any question. It's a good location with some proximity to the highway to get to many Denver area destinations. Nice open space right behind property and you can even see planes landing or taking of from the local executive airport from the back deck outside.

Fantastic Stay in Parker, CO

Charming 6-BR Home in Parker is fantastic. My family which included 8 kids and 6 adults were extremely pleased with everything about this home. The home, property and neighborhood is better than listed. Home is spacious and super clean and tidy. Everything is available in the home, nothing is missing for a great family vacation, simply shop and enjoy this beautiful home. Although listed, the adjacent park is great for kids 13- 5 years. The host, DP is most accommodating and responded very quickly to my messaging and answered and solve the few questions and concerns I had. This property is great and will meet the needs of any family gathering.

Family Snowmobiling trip

We travel quite a bit. We rent hotels and houses all over the world. I think this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. There were 9 of us. There was more than enough room for us. The house was clean. They had everything you think you could need . There were more than enough bathrooms, towels, kitchenware. There was also plenty of TVs, multiple washer and dryers. This was a family trip of people ranging from age 19- 65. We chose this location as a central area. We did snowmobiling in Silverthorne and we rode the Royal Gorge in Canon City. It's about 30 minute from the Denver Airport. Close to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again !

It’s all in the details

Our family came in from around the country to attend my grandson’s graduation. We are so happy we chose this lovely spacious home to stay in The location was perfect for our grandson’s ceremony. Easy access to Denver, DIA, and a few trips to the mountains for some great hiking trails When we arrived everything was organized, cabinets and kitchen drawers marked. Plenty of plates, coffee mugs , silverware, etc The owners even left ice for us !! Everyone in the house commented on how well thought out this rental was Thanks again for a wonderful carefree, no stress stay.

Perfect for family & friends week-long celebration

We, family and friends came in from CT, FL, TN, NC & VA from ages 13-84 to celebrate our son's 50th (he lives half a mile away from property) and our niece's 50th. One couple had to stay at a hotel for ADA accommodations and a family stayed with our son, leaving 10 total in the house. So we had lots of space. Thought the house looked good online - it far exceeded our expectations and hopes! Super clean and inviting - thoughtful touches all over: bidets! lap robes! art & decor everywhere to make it feel like a real home. Kitchen and pantry abundantly stocked. Our host, DP, was always courteous, accommodating and prompt to answer any question - even the ones I shouldn't have needed to ask (hint: read the House Manual carefully - the green garbage bins are OUTSIDE the garage). Shopping and many activities/sights were nearby and kept all ages busy and happy. Lovely walk able park right outside. Already trying to think up an excuse to gather everyone together there again. WE LOVED IT!
