This little place is so cute! Great little neighborhood. Pretty walkable. Definitely can’t fit more than 2 people. Would stay again :) go see the botanical gardens if you stay here!!!
This property was perfect for my stay. It was very clean and a great location. I read reviews so I knew finding the exact location may be difficult. The listing should state that you need to access the unit from the alley behind the house. Will book again.

This rental was exactly as described. I enjoyed my stay, and was very suprised by all great places I was able simply walk to.
The property was clean and in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the steep staircase and the lack of a stair rail at the top.
This lovely, quaint garage apartment was perfect for visiting family who live nearby. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with laundry, and full kitchen. The on site parking spot was one of the best perks, as street parking is at a premium. This property is in a very walkable neighborhood with the Denver Botanic Garden, Cheesman Park, bars, and restaurants within a couple block radius..

It’s much smaller than the pictures make it seem. The sofa bed is in very poor condition, and when it is open, it makes the rest of the property unusable. I do not recommend this property for anyone with children or mobility issues; the staircase is basically a gaping hole in the floor. Even the adults worried about falling in. We also struggled to get the lock to work on check in. Mattress in the bedroom was comfortable.
It was a small but lovely property in a really good location. The kitchen had lots of supplies and everything was clean and neat. The directions for getting into the property were a little confusing, but maybe that was because we arrived late at night. It was nice that there was coffee and shampoo already there.
Quiet, convenient, loved parking. Place is clean and stocked with essentials. I would add a coffee grinder and some tea, which we were happy to purchase. Stairs are manageable with care. I would suggest adding another bar at top on right for last 3-4 foot climb. We had a great stay and it was very quiet at night.

We were very happy with this rental. It is small but it was perfect for two people, very clean and attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great neighborhood, an easy walk to Cheesman Park, which has a beautiful walking/running trail, and the Botanical Gardens. There are lots of restaurants and a few microbreweries within walking distance (we are big walkers). We particularly enjoyed Jelly for breakfast, Blue Pan Pizza for delicious Detroit style pizza, and the Wild Corgi Pub for drinks.
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and quiet Carriage house. It was clean and had guest soaps and cleaning supplies. Very small details would have elevated this to a absolute five star rating. New pillows and pans are needed for this property. We will definitely book again. I feel how well this VRBO was managed that they will address these issues quickly.
We were in Denver to visit our son, who luck would have it lived just down Vine from the property. The property itself is very small but, incredibly efficient. Everything you need for stay if any length; kitchen appliances, a comfy queen bed, and a very good shower. (Are the floors real wood? Just one be “aware” high staircase to get to the living quarters. We are active seniors and navigated them easily though. Would return on a heartbeat.
Super easy check-in and out, great communication with the owner, clean and comfortable space with full kitchen, convenient location.

Very small. 4 people cannot comfortably stay. Barely room for two. The pull out couch bed is broken so there is a fold up mattress to put on top of it. When it is out it snugly fits from wall to wall so you cannot get past it to get to kitchen. This place is fine for two people who can share one small bed but that’s it.
This is an ideal location for a person that is traveling alone or a couple. It’s very close to downtown and in walking distance to many places. The designated parking spot is ideal since it is located right next to the unit. The unit is well appointed with plenty of amenities to enjoy your visit. It is worth knowing that there is a staircase cut right into the floor of the living room. Something to consider if you’re traveling with small children.
