This property was perfect for my family! Everything was so clean and welcoming. The house had several comfortable spaces to be able to put your feet up and relax after a day filled with activities. If ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

Great home-base for a large group

A large group of friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party and it was a great experience! House was clean and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Great spot in Arvada!

Beautiful, quiet home. Very responsive hosts and would recommend to everyone! There was a ton of space. The location was great for visiting downtown and Boulder.

Perfect for family gatherings

The host was really nice to work with and even allowed us to view the property prior to our stay. Photos are accurate and do not exaggerate the properties features as some other postings do. Wish it had been warm enough to use the fire pits but we definitely enjoyed the hot tub.

Perfect Stay!!

Kia and Rob’s place was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. If you need a place just outside of Denver and close to the mountains, look no further. From the welcome basket to the many rooms and amenities included, we could not have asked for a better home base! Thanks Kia and Rob for providing such wonderful accommodations.

This home was excellent for our family while in Denver for our son’s wedding! It was spotless- a big shout out to the cleaning crew!! The “extra perks” such as a welcome basket, mints at each bedside, toys for little ones, a basket of toiletries, corn hole, fire pits, hot tub, grill, etc were greatly appreciated!! Our host answered any and all questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with!! I will definitely recommend this home to others!

Denver stay

This house was perfect for our large group and our trip to Denver. From the street, you are unaware of all the room in this house! Comfortable beds, kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pans, seasonings, and the refrigerator even had ketchup, and other condiments. This is a great house.

Work Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Group of 9 female collegues on a work retreat age 32-50. The house was so clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed with everything we needed! Great backyard space with a hot tub and easy access to shopping and dining and a quick drive to a day in Golden for some yoga, massage, shopping and taking in the sights and Colorado sunshine! Highly recommend this place!

Comfortable! Accommodating! Big and Cozy!

The house was centrally located and had an INCREDIBLE view! Perfect for looking out over the horizon while sipping a cup of coffee either day or nighttime. The living space fit our family of 14 perfectly while still allowing individual privacy and comfort for everyone. Each room has its own warm and inviting vibe, which catered to adults and kids alike. I absolutely cannot say enough about our stay and the experience we will treasure for many years to come! Thanks, Kia & Rob. Looking forward to returning soon!

Nice clean large house with beautiful views. Great for mulitple comversations, games. Kitchen was a little small for a group our size. Multiple complaints from guests about quality of beds frames and matresses.

Grandma’s Christmas Present

Grandma got her wish and gathered all the grandchildren together for Christmas. This home comfortably fit all 18 of us, from 2 years old to 78. It was well stocked with the essentials plus other welcoming surprises. The hosts went out of their way to provide a fully decorated Christmas tre. Meals were prepared nearly every evening and the “chef” never lacked a thing. Extremely well stocked kitchen. All appliances worked well. Very, very clean throughout. Communication with the host was virtually immediate. An amazing place to stay.

A+ experience

The house and entire rental experience exceeded my expectations. We had a group of 4 families and it was perfect for everyone. The house itself was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. Even better than the photos! It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed - plenty of towels, pack n play, toys for the kids, coffee, and other pantry essentials. And I appreciated the labels on kitchen cabinets and extra hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms, both of which made the logistics of staying in a new place a bit easier. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Minnesota Family

We were a group of 15 adults (all extended family) traveling to visit more extended family living in CO. This property was perfect for us. Its location was close to everything we wanted/needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. Not once did we have to run out for an item we were used to having at home. Our group enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside in the back yard. It was a lovely setting and served us well. Kia and Rob could not have been better. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best communication we have ever had. They messaged often to check in to see if we needed anything. They were first rate all the way! Thank you Kia and Rob for an extremely enjoyable stay!!

Our group of 7 adults and 4 children under the age of 11 really enjoyed Kia and Rob's house in Arvada. The location was excellent for outings to Denver, Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder, and to and from the airport. While the total living space was not large in absolute terms, we did not feel cramped ever. There were lots of spaces for doing whatever we wanted to do. The kids and their parents occupied the lower level, where there were many bedrooms and a large central room with games and a large TV for playing games. The rest of us slept on the main floor, where there were 3 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and dining room were large enough for us all to prepare and share meals. The living room was a central meeting space, even though the furniture was not particularly comfortable. We spent lots of time on the back porch playing cards and other games that were available in the house. The hosts Kia and Rob responded very quickly to our questions. We would stay there again if we came to the Denver area. We highly recommend this house for anyone who needs a place ideally located on the west side of Denver for up to about 18 people.

Our hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how clean the entire place was and it was super stocked with everything we could possibly need! The hosts were incredibly communicative and quick to answer any questions we had along the way.The property itself is huge with tons of room to spread out. Our big family stayed comfortably. It was just perfect for us to make so many wonderful memories together. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay near the Denver are and we would absolutely love to come back and stay here again. Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

We had seven co-workers who stayed here for a conference. The house was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and we had great spaces both levels to gather and spend time together. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during the trip.
