Very large, modern villa "Romer", 3 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position, 850 m from the sea, 850 m from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 1 km. Sports harbour 1.3 km, marina 1.3 km, surf school 1.3 km, sailing school 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Villa Romer", 6-room villa 350 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious and bright, renovated in 2024, very beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Sep. WC.
