    Fantastic villa just 5 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the charming fishing village of Moraira, which has been completely renovated in 2014. Its location is privileged as it is situated in a very quiet urbanisation surrounded by green areas with hardly any neighbours. Just 4 minutes by car, there is an excellent golf course with sea views.



    The villa has 6 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The main bedroom, with a fantastic terrace with panoramic views, is located on the upper floor and has an excellent bathroom with shower and bathtub en suite (there is no toilet in this bathroom). On the upper floor, there are 3 other bedrooms and 2 design bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor is the fifth bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor, next to the living room, there is a courtesy toilet. The sixth bedroom is located in a studio annexed to the house with independent access and has an en suite bathroom, TV, microwave, fridge and sink.



    The villa has a fantastic American-style kitchen and a very large and bright dining room with a large window offering beautiful views of the pool and the countryside. The living room is very spacious, comfortable and has satellite TV and WiFi.



    In the exterior of the villa there are several terraces with design furniture. At night you can enjoy beautiful lighting in the pool, terraces, facade and in garden trees.



    The house also has an independent laundry area.

Lovely large villa with everything you need

Very nice villa with plenty of amenities and cookware - excellently well stocked! Very nice location and close to town. The villa is also extremely big and excellent for large/two families. The villa was fine for our stay but on cloudier days it was too cold and the bedrooms heaters aren´t sufficient for winter months. I wouldn´t stay here in December, jan, Feb. The spiral staircase is also extremely dangerous when walking around on the ground floor.

Fab for larger families

We had a lovely stay at the villa and would happily return. The villa is incredibly spacious and well-equipped. It genuinely felt like a home from home, with everything you could possibly need provided. The kitchen was particularly impressive, with plenty of plates, glasses, pans, griddles and cooking equipment, making it easy to cater for a larger group. The villa was also very clean on arrival. We experienced an issue with the pool during our stay, but this was dealt with promptly and communication was excellent throughout, which we really appreciated. There were 11 of us staying at the villa, and it accommodated our group comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The pool is a good size and is nice and deep at one end, which we particularly enjoyed. The harbour and beaches are around a mile away downhill, making for an easy walk into town, although the walk back is definitely more challenging! Supermarkets are within 10 minute drive (Aldi, Lidl) which was brilliant too. Overall, a fantastic villa with plenty of space, great facilities and responsive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The BBQ is charcoal rather than gas, so worth noting if you're planning meals around it. We also found that only one pillow per person was provided, and a spare pillow or two would have been appreciated.

La casa está perfectamente equipada con absolutamente todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Muy cómoda y moderna . Cerca de las tiendas y del mar, pero en una zona tranquila. Por decir algo, los cojines y las colchonetas de la zona de la piscina están algo viejas

Echt een aanrader deze villa!

Wij hebbe afgelopen week met een gezelschap van 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen verbleven in de villa solhabitat moraira golf! Echt een geweldige vila, het is misschien wel veel geld maar met meerdere stellen is het wel te doen. We hebben gigantisch genoten! In de omschrijving stond date er ook een droger was, deze was er niet waardoor we droogplek te kort kwamen. Dus misschien een extra droogrek.
