The room was good overall and conveniently located in Pitampura, however, it could be noisy if there is an event going on in the backyard. The staff is very nice and accomodating and breakfast buffet had ample vegetarian options which all tasted good. I will consider staying here again.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. The room was clean overall but the bathroom condition was awful. It was dirty and has definitely not been clean properly after each guest use. The room had so many mosquitoes. When I had for mosquito spray or all out(mosquito repellent they said they had ran out. If you’re a 4 star hotel surely you should have one in every room. The staff was nice.

We had a nice stay at Ramada in Pitampura. Even though the property is marketed as four star property but it is more like a three star property. The rooms and lobby is clean, food options are plenty and the hotel is located in a safe location. The breakfast buffet has a variety and several vegetarian options were available. The staff is polite and helpful and is ready to provide assistance. There is a need to paint the exteriors and interiors of the hotel and the rooms as we saw the paint coming off in the rooms and hallways. Besides this paint issue, everything else met our expectations and we recommend staying here.

Comfortable but location is not great

Its a bit out of the way. Taxis do not like coming here, I always had to tip extra. Use Rapido instead of Uber. The breakfast is not great. The room furniture is getting old. But all the staff were excellent and really helpful.

Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below average.

There is not much to like about this hotel. Sheets didn’t look clean and had body hair on them. Under the bed was filthy as we had to call room service prior to going to bed. There were chunks of hair and newspaper pages under the bed. We couldn’t turn off one of the lights in the room entry and called the reception to get their help as we didn’t want to go to sleep with the light on. We were initially told that the light was permanently on as a security. However my sisters were staying in the room next door and they were able to turn off all of their lights in the room. We had to call the reception again and someone came and disconnected the globe. So the security excuse was clearly a lie. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and two people from our group had to wait an hour to get their meals as they forgot to cook them. The food itself actually tasted okay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
