"The property is older but extremely well kept. Best of all it's directly on the beach. Downside, rooms do not have individual balconies. This would have been preferred, especially in the oceanfront room we had. Facility does not have sufficient parking spaces for each room to have one auto per room however they did supply a city parking pass for use while a guest and this could be used anywhere in town so it came in handy when driving around town. Rooms have a small stove and a full sized refrigerator with dinnerware, cutlery and cooking utensils. Housekeeping will only service rooms if requested by 11am. Used towels can be left outside the room daily by 11am and fresh ones will be left in a bag. I would go back in the future."

"It was a great value for the area. We were right on the main strip. Beds and rooms comfortable. The facility very clean. Very accessible very walkable. had a tiny kitchenette in the room. Wonderful view."

"Other reviews are telling the truth when they say this hotel is VERY CLEAN! You can tell the housekeepers take great pride in making sure every room is spotless. It's not outdated at all and looks even better in person than the pictures online show. Check-in and checkout were super simple and fast! The ac was super quiet and kept the room very cool even on a sweltering day with high humidity. The pool was small but relaxing when we couldn't be at the beach due to a storm. The hotel is in walking distance to several excellent restaurants and breakfast places, which is convenient as breakfast is not offered here. The neighborhood and hotel itself is very quiet and family-oriented. Everyone was asleep at decent hours and I wasn't woken up at all by any noises, not even the street sounds as it's a quiet area. The hotel is also situated on the beach side of the highway, so it's a a very quick and safe walk down a small residential type street to the beach access. Of all the beach spots between Dewey and Ocean City, this is by far the least crowded, most clean, and quiet. It had the feel of being very private. There is also a lifeguard on duty at this beach access. Some cons were the uncomfortable beds (the mattress sounded like a blowup mattress for some reason and was very hard), the very slow wifi (the tv only has wifi channels), and the scratchy toilet paper. "

"Everything went very smoothly and staff was excellent. We requesred early check in so we could have a conference call and they did an amazing job accomodating that. Kudos to Kelsu at the front desk a d to the staff that got the room ready. The room was very roomy, clean, comfortable. Work out great for a family of four a d plenty of room for the baby."

"Our favorite thing about the hotel was the view from our balcony. It was so peaceful and it was the perfect place to watch the sunset over the bay. The location was perfect - once you parked, there was no need to use your car again. The Ocean was 2 short blocks away and there was a great assortment of restaurants in walking distance. Some of the faciliy is a bit dated, but it was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will be returning!"
