• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to homeowner allergies.
• NO VIDEO OR PHOTOGRAPHY without written consent

• Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times.
• CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (side of house and garage).
• Noise monitoring device in backyard (measures decibel levels only)
• No air conditioning in this home but we are very close to the beach and get a nice breeze year-round.
