The perfect location for families to explore the Canadian Rockies! This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the mountain hamlet of Dead Man's Flats, just 10 min from Canmore! Close to breathtaking hikes, skiing, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences like hot springs, helicopter tours, and dogsledding! After a long day of adventure, cook a meal in the kitchen, relax in the hot tub, play a round of pool, or curl up by the fireplace!

The space:

**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**

This mountainside condo features two master bedrooms each with a comfortable king-sized bed, and twin bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. There are two bathrooms upstairs, both with a bathtub/shower combo, and all essentials are provided.

Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed ( 2 single beds).
Living room: Sofa bed.
2 Bathrooms are large and bright, and essentials are provided.

**LOUNGE AND KITCHEN**

The stylish, yet comfortable sofa and lounge chair in the living area provides a great view of both the fireplace and television to enjoy your favorite movies. There are also arcade games to play after a big day of adventure! The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 2 and a dining table with seating for 6.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**

Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private patio with your cup of tea and a favorite book.

The property has a hot tub, pool table, BQQ, underground parking, fire pit, and gym, all of which you will have access to!

**LOCATION **

It is located in Dead Man’s Flats where you can experience the Canadian Rockies away from the busy tourist centers. It is a convenient 5-minute drive to Canmore, 25 minutes to Banff, and 30 minutes to Kananaskis! The suite is perfect for couples, families, and friends looking to explore the Bow Valley and the Canadian Rocky Mountains!

Lovely getaway, lots of homey touches

Hosts were excellent, checked in often to see if all was going well. Condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you'd need and even had extras like laundry soap. The arcade was a hit with the kids, I would stay here again for sure!
