Cozy apartment with sea view in a beautiful residence on the ZEEDIJK. Tasteful decor. All comfort.3rd floor with elevator. Underground parking space in the building itself. Both bedrooms with bathroom (1 with bath and toilet + 1 with shower). One of them has a sea view, the second one is enclosed (without a window). Second toilet separate. Digital TV and Wi-Fi.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
