Beautifully decorated it features a king size bed ,ceiling fan, air conditioned walk in closets and 8 foot sliding glass door with balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed and they share a large guest bathroom with tub and shower. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s. The living room features comfortable seating with beautiful views and 50" TV. Kitchen features granite counter tops, luxury whirlpool appliance package, recessed lighting and stocked with all you need to make your vacation complete. Inside laundry room with full size washer and dryer also includes a laundry sink. All linens and towels, beach towels are provided for your convenience. The Sanibel building sits on the border of the traffic free beach so with just a few steps you can avoid any cars driving by while you are playing in the sun. Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks. Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, gym, club room with pool table, and community grill. Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July!
