The resort is located approximately 1.5 hrs. from Disney, Universal, Seaworld, and other Orlando Theme Parks and 30 minutes from Blue Springs State Park / Home of the manatees.

Cancellation Policy:
Guest is required to pay $100 refundable security deposit upon booking. Cancelling 60 days or more prior to arrival results in 100 % refund of deposit. Cancelling 30 days prior to arrival results in 50% refund of deposit. Final payment is due two weeks before arrival.

Very welcoming,Lisa messaged us when we arrived and was there if we had Questions. Condo was very clean and we needed nothing. Hawaiian Inn is an older building but we enjoyed it. Only thing no one could change was the weather but we made due. 5 star's from us on these hosts.

This was my 3rd stay at this property! I always find it ultra clean and with outstanding communication with the host! Beautiful views, great pool deck and tiki bar! This is an amazing, comfortable condo right on the beach. Beautiful views and a lot of amenities in the building. Staff is very nice and helpful if needed. Condo is decorated like you are in the islands. It has everything you need for an awesome vacation. A must! I will be back.

Enough space for 2 adults. Right on the beach. Balcony is a nice place to sit and watch the ocean and overlooks the pool. One suggestion is getting rid of some non-essential items in the condo, to create more space. Overall stay was good, will return if traveling there again.

Best outdoor space in area!

While the resort is a bit old you really can’t beat the pool and seating area. Condo has the amenities to make your stay smooth. We stayed 2 weeks and did miss an oven but our friends had one so it worked well. Everything else was available. View from balcony overlooking ocean was fantastic. Close to stores and restaurants, quiet but has a great tiki bar with fun drink specials!!!

Tropical Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The owners thought of everything, from the decor to the extra amenities in the restroom, this place was designed to accommodate. We loved relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The hammock was a nice touch as well. This place helped make our 9th wedding anniversary one to remember. Highly recommend coming to enjoy this little slice of paradise.

A fun and relaxing stay

The location of this unit in the building is ideal for the most sunshine on the balcony. We REALLY appreciated that. Beach access was closeby, as the stairs from the property were under repair. This location is great. The kitchen is small, but functional and the building isn't the newest. However the property is attended to and public areas were clean. We would stay here again.

Daytona Stay

Our trip was good. We stayed here thinking it was a two bedroom place. It was one room with a temporary dividing wall. Which worked for us, but if you would like two bedrooms, this isnt the place to stay. It was decorated nice and had all the things we needed for our stay. It was cleaned well for us. Check in was very easy and plenty of information was provided to us prior to our stay. Would recommend staying here if you are looking to tour around the area and needing a place to stay.

Friendly and accommodating host

Made a quick trip for a race weekend. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Space was as advertised and just what we needed in a great spot on the beach.
